PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION FORM
Ex. Art. 34 of the Tourism Code - Legislative Decree 79/2011, as required by Attached A - Part I of Legislative Decree 62/2018
Premise
The combination of tourist services proposed corresponds to the definition of "tourist package" pursuant to EU Directive 2015/2302, art. 3 numbers 1) and 2), as implemented in the Italian legal system with Legislative Decree n. 62 of 21.05.2018 which modified the articles 32 to 50 of the Tourism Code, Legislative Decree n. 79 of 23.05.2011. Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the traveler will benefit from all the rights recognized by the European Union applicable to a "tourist package".

ART. 1) FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE TRAVELER
In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned EU Directive no. 2015/2302, the traveler has the right to receive the following information:

Penalties for the withdrawal of the traveler
Pursuant to art. Of art. 41, paragraph 1 of the Tourism Code, the traveler is entitled to cancel the reservation and withdraw from the contract stipulated with Walk About Italy for the chosen tour. The cancellation fee is determined by the unquestionable choices of Walk About Italy and expressly accepted by the customer through the signing of this agreement.Any traveler who withdraws from the contract before departure for any reason, even unexpected, will be charged as follows:
CANCELLATION POLICYIf you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the policy outlined below. The cancellation policies take into consideration the costs Walk About Italy incurs long before travelers ever depart.Percentage charges are calculated on total trip cost.

There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
This contract can be given to a third party, in case of availability.
Exceptions ot the cancellation policy: Travelers can, in exceptional circumstances, terminate the contract without paying cancellation fees before the start of the package, as an example, in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances that occurred in the place of destination or in its immediate vicinity and which have a substantial impact on the execution of the package or on the transport of passengers to the destination.
We strongly recommend the stipulation of insurance policies with your insurance consultant to cover cancellation penalties, as well as health care policies, payment of medical expenses, baggage protection or compensation for inconvenience due to forced travel extension and which take into account, but not limited to, the unexpected causes of Covid-19 .
Tour eligibility for people with reduced mobility and particular customer needs: the tours organized by Walk About Italy are not suitable for the participation of people with reduced mobility and pathologies that prevent correct mobility, any participation in the tours will be under the exclusive responsibility of the traveler.

Travelers must have appropriate documents to enter the Italian country.
Walk About Italy Insurance coverage
Walk About Italy of Gianni Stanghellini is equipped with third party travel liability policy for tour operators: Unipol Sai (insurance number 100272975). Walk About Italy of Gianni Stanghellini is also equipped with insurance coverage in case of risk of bankruptcy of the tour operator: Protection Nobis n. 6006002404/M.
